By using or accessing gogogolf.ca, you hereby agree to the Terms and Conditions listed on this site in reference to GO GO GOLF INC. (“GO GO GOLF”, “Company” “we” or “us”). These terms and conditions are subject to change and can be modified at any time without notice to you. Be sure to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for updates, as your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changed terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions Agreement. Note that the headings contained in this Terms and Conditions Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall not in any way define or affect the meaning, construction, or scope of any of the provisions contained in this Terms and Conditions.
Booking a Tee Time Online and Cancellation Policy
To book online, you must register your Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. Payment for tee time is not required at the time of booking, however we kindly ask to cancel or modify your booking as soon as your plan changes, via online or by calling GO GO GOLF at +1 587-349-4943, 24 hours before the reservation.
Communication Agreement:
By booking with GO GO GOLF, you agree to receive email communication from us. You can unsubscribe anytime.
Damage to GO GO GOLF Property
You shall be charged for all egregious property damage to GO GO GOLF by you and the guests using the Simulator during your booking time. Normal wear and tear on the screens or tee boxes, putting green, tees, borrowed clubs, or other property permitted for use by customers will not result in a charge
Registration and Arrival Time
Your simulator time begins precisely at your designated tee time. It is recommended that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your tee time, or 10 minutes if you are playing for the first time. Time lost due to the late arrival of you or your guests will not be granted at the end of your tee time. Time lost due to simulator issues or other factors may be granted or credited at the discretion of GO GO GOLF.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY CONSENT, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF CLAIMS, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE
GO GO GOLF Inc. incorporated in Alberta, is a limited liability company (“GO GO GOLF”). In booking a tee time, I hereby agree as follows: (1) To assume the risk of harm, injury or death to myself or my guests which may arise out of my participation in any manner at GO GO GOLF’s facilities; (2) To release and discharge GO GO GOLF and its employees, members, agents, and volunteers from liability for any and all claims and causes of action, of whatsoever kind of nature, which I or my guests may have as a result of any harm or injury to ourselves arising from the use of GO GO GOLF’s facilities; (3) To not institute or prosecute any actions or suits at law or in equity, nor aid any institution or prosecution of any claim, demand, action or cause of action against GO GO GOLF, its employees, members, agents, or volunteers, for any personal injury, property damage, costs or attorneys’ fees sustained or that might be sustained by myself or my guests which are related to, resulting from, or connected in any manner with the aforesaid use of GO GO GOLF’s facilities; (4) That this Waiver and Release of Liability may be pleaded as a complete defense to any action or proceeding that may be brought or instituted by me or my guests or by our respective heirs or legal representative heirs or legal representatives; and (5) That I agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless GO GO GOLF, its employees, members, agents, and volunteers, and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which arises as a result of our breach of this Waiver and Release of Liability. I AM FULLY AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH GOLF AND INDOOR GOLF, PARTICULARLY AS THEY EXIST IN THE CONFINES OF AN ENCLOSED INDOOR AREA, INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE RECKLESS CONDUCT OF OTHER PARTICIPANTS. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT, AGREE TO ACCEPT ANY AND ALL INHERENT RISKS OF PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH.
